MMP Phenolic Spacers
|
Keep those temps down! MMP Phenolic Spacers are designed to isolate heat from the head and away from the intake manifold by providing a temperature shielding barrier between the head and intake, thus reducing air intake temperatures. CNC cut for 100% accuracy.
The image below shows the MMP VR6 Phenolic Spacer in place along with our temperature test readings. As you can see, our results show a 50º drop from the head to the intake on the immediate opposite side of the spacer.
*Note: This kit has not required grinding of the alternator bracket on the OBDII airpump cars that we have installed them on.
